A Breadth of Opportunity
The true essence of a preparatory school lies in the breadth of opportunity for children outside the classroom.
In addition to their academic lessons, our pupils have an enormous range of opportunities for learning, development and enjoyment in wider contexts, such as Forest School, Music, Art, Creative Design and Sport which all form part of our curriculum.
Beyond the curriculum, our children are encouraged to join in with the many extra-curricular activities from learning a musical instrument to studying for LAMDA speech and drama examinations, from cookery and creative design to judo and cross-country running, there is something for everyone.
Wherever possible, we support the children in their efforts to raise money for charity and celebrate their achievements, recognising the difference their actions will make to others.
The opportunities are not limited to term time - we run various optional trips and activities during the holidays. These may help to enhance learning, such as with the French Trip, or just keep your children busy having fun.
