Our Parents’ Association
Unsurprisingly given the school’s ethos, you will find our parent body open, warm and friendly. The courtyard is a hive of activity at pick-up and drop-off times, and parents routinely catch up with each other and members of staff, or simply chat with one of the school’s coffees in hand.
Our lively parents’ association, the Friends of All Hallows, supports parents through its system of Class Representatives and organises regular fundraising and social events throughout the year. From quiz nights and wine tastings to cake sales, coffee mornings and cricket matches there is always something going on. This group also plays an important role in welcoming new parents into the school and ensuring that they quickly feel part of the school community. New parents will be contacted by their Class Rep soon after their arrival, which typically results in an informal coffee and a chat.
The group meets on a regular basis and liaise closely with the Head on various projects and developments within the school. All parents are very welcome and actively encouraged to get involved in some way.
Further information about the Friends of All Hallows Committee and details of the Class Reps are published in the termly diary.
Activities for parents
In addition to the events runs by the Friends, we have a whole range of activities that parents can participate in. These include tennis, art classes, talks by visiting speakers, and more informal running and fitness groups.
